Christmas...

Hi everybody. Sorry, it's been awhile, but I unfortunately have been unmotivated to to write anything.. Until now..... So, Anyway, I have been religiously watching the events of the Season for the last couple of weeks, and have been appalled at the Human Race.... Now, everyone says the Holidays are for giving, but giving someone a shove to the floor so you may be the first to get the "Hot Ticket" item of the season, is a little much... Also, pepper spraying someone for the same reason as above is flat out insane...  Now, me personally, I like nice stuff, everbody does, but you won't see me in a 300 ft. line waiting for ANYTHING!!! So, my thought is, if you are going go shopping like that, please be considerate of others. I believe in karma, and trust me, she is a bitch... Possible examples would be #1.. You get overly mean, or nasty, or do something while shopping that would constitute "Non-Holiday Spirit" like, and 4 days before Christmas you lose your job...KARMA!!!! SO, Always be nice, and remember.....You never know who that other person MAY be.... JaeCorr, OUT!!!!!

Signals...

Hi all.. Sorry it's been a few days since my last entry, but I have been blank as of late. That all ended yesterday when todays topic popped into my head. SO, Anyway, I have been driving for awhile now, and judging by the diversity of my fellow road-mates, many of them have been driving for awhile also. The question that I have is, at what point in their treks across the hardtop, did they forget that they were suppose to use their turn signal?? These people anger worse than anyone. How hard is it to reach the whole 2 inches, put just a small amount of pressure either up or down? Seriously folks, It's not hard. I hate when someone doesn't have their signal on when I am trying to turn, then I wait for them to pass me, but they make a turn... Then you have the lane-changers that cut you off, because they can't find that little switch. Next time, you are NOT getting into my lane.... JaeCorr, OUT!!!

Trust...

Welcome back. Todays episode is a segment about Trust. Trust is definitely something not given freely. Trust is something not to be taken for granted. SO, Anyway, trust is the topic of the day. Trust me...... So, as I have made my way around in my travels, I have come across individuals who fall into this category. These people throw their trust around freely, like me giving treats to my cat. The individuals I speak of are the ones who step out into a crosswalk without looking, "trusting" I won't mow them down like I mow down a bag of Dorittos. They are trusting I'm not having a bad day, and will let them live to see the rest of theirs. At the least, look at me and verify that I see them. Oh well. Secondly, the other trustworthy folks are the ones who pull out in front of you after rolling thru the stop sign at the local mall or food distribution center. Today, a man in a nice car, rolled thru a stop sign at Walmart, and turned left, right in front of me. He made no eye contact with me until I swerved toward him, just a little, and blew my horn at him. I do believe he may have wet himeself judging by how wide his eyes got.. Pay attention buddy.. I know you all have encountered these knuckleheads, and the next time you do, just rememeber me.. :) ...JaeCorr, OUT!!!

2011...

Hi everybody, Back again with more ramblings about life.. SO, Anyway, It's December, which means 2011 is almost over. I hope everyone has had a great year overall. I say "overall" because I know people have ups and downs, so hopefully you had more ups than downs... My year has been, gratefully, filled with more good than not. Wifey and I are still going strong, and we have had a beautiful year. We have been able to spend time together going to the beach, seeing movies, going to baseball games, traveling, and just basically spending time in each others company... I would also like to acknowledge all of my friends and family in this segment. I know for some this year has been tough. Some have lost jobs, change jobs, lost relationships, and more tragically, lost family members, of which I fall into this category. On the other side of this, are the happy times.. During this year alot of my friends have had alot of happy times this year.. I have great people in my life who have reached special milestones or events in their lives that they should be very proud of... I have some that continue to be clean and sober, some have had babies, a few that have found new love, and some that have found the motivation to reach weight lose goals.. My nephew passed his GED, a friend has babies that learned to "potty", and one was able to visit his parents in which he hasn't seen in over 5 years..Oh wait, that was me... :)...So, Anyway...Congrats to all.. Love you all, and I hope EVERYONE has a great 2012... JaeCorr, OUT!!!!

Loyalty....

Baseball season has been over for almost 2 months, and now things are about to get crazy... SO, Anyway, my premise for this is loyalty...I wanna know how someone can say they don't play for the money, they are there for the fans, THEN, enter into serious contract negotiations. If you are loyal to your team and fans, take what the team can offer you. Yea, you wanna win, but if you want a ridiculous payday, they aren't gonna be able to afford anyone else, unless you're the Yankees, and then you may be stuck on a crap team, like the Cubs. Come on, who really NEEDS 50 million a year??? Personally, I feel NO-ONE is worth that much... I love baseball, and I have studied alot on the history of the game, and I do believe the founders, and individuals who shaped the this game would roll over in their graves if they saw what greed has done to this beautiful sport... Cat...

Hi all, me again.. Today we shall have fun talking about my cat. Wifey says not to talk about her, but cat is fair game.. SO, Anyway, We have a cat named "Baby Girl." She is a 9 year old, feisty grey that is spoiled to the core, and she knows it... Let's start at the beginning. "Baby Girl" was adopted by us at the local shelter. She'll celebrate two years of being with us in January. She is a wonderful kitty kitty with a very "open mind" about she eats. Wifey was eating cheese and crackers one night, and "Baby Girl" came over to her and literally, started begging for some. Sitting down, looking at Wifey, then the cheese, and back to Wifey. THEN, she will reach out her paw as if to say "Can I have that".. :) She also does this to me. If I have chicken, cereal, or even ice cream, she will beg for some. She usually gets a taste, is satisfied, then goes back to her comfy-cat-bed, and goes back to sleep. Like I said, "spoiled." She is a cool cat who has definitely made our house her home, and she is more than welcome.. Remember, it is a great thing to give a pet a home...JaeCorr, OUT!!

Fashion...

Hi all, me again.. SO, Anyway, Can someone please tell me what qualifies one to be a "Fashionista." I mean come on, really? Everytime I turn around I see another "celebrity" trying to push there clothing line on us. Why is it that these people think they are designers? So you put out a record, or you make a movie, this qualifies you to design baby clothes, or for crap sake, have a perfume. Seriously, now you're a frickin' chemist? PLEASE!! How many scents are there? They all smell like sh*t me. Anyway, back to the topic on hand. Now, don't get me wrong, there are some inventive ideas out there, but come on, 120 dollars for a pair of pants?? What makes a shirt worth 90 dollars? I did see the bra with diamonds, and thought "Who the hell can afford one of those?? Ridiculous. I have an idea, how about stopping this stupidity, stick with making movies, or singing, and leave this fashion designing to the REAL experts. Just because you act or sing, in my eyes, doesn't qualify you to design underwear.. JaeCorr, OUT!!!!

Arrows...

Ok, So, tonight, Wifey and I go to the local food distribution center, and I encountered my next rant. SO, Anyway.... I have noticed that every single place I go, there seems to be these white or yellow arrows pointing the direction in which traffic is desired to travel. I know you have seen these, and I am pretty sure everybody knows what they are, and their purpose.. So WHY is it that people STILL find it necessary to do the opposite of what is intended?? Come on people..It's NOT HARD!!! You can either follow the route the arrow is pointing OR you can park your mode of transportation, and frickin' walk, because you certainly can't drive...JaeCorr, OUT!!!

Stars...

Ok, I'm cruising thru my day when something comes to me that I wanna get some input on...SO, Anyway.... I am a very avid viewer to the big and little screen, and my question is, why are certain people considered "Stars"??? I understand big "stars" make movies and are on TV because they are actors or singers. I see people in magazines that have no business being there. SO WHAT, you were married for 72 days, and now you are getting divorced. Who cares!! Why do you get to smother the cover of my Wifeys magazines EVERY week. Really?? "Oh, feel sorry for MEEE"...NOT!!! OR, why is a hotel heiress considered a "celebrity"?? What has SHE done?? So, she was in a ridiculous show called the "Simple Life", so she like to party and get naked on the internet... PLEASE!!! OK, so if I go out an adopt 20 kids, put them on Youtube, will I be considered a celebrity?? I think some people in America need to reorganize their priorities... JaeCorr, OUT!!!

People

People crack me up.. So, Anyway.. Now that Black Friday is over, it's time to talk smack. Why is it that people find the need to bring babies and small children to a store at MIDNIGHT?? Those children should be home sleeping. Judging by the caravan of family with them, I would think grandma, or 1 of the many family members could have performed this duty. Nope.. Mom, Dad, Grandma, 4 Aunts, and 6 children, all in tow at 12 'o clock at night, to stand in line for a product that has been on the market for 5 years already,(Xbox360) JUST so they can save about 10 bucks. I say 10, because thats about the savings on EVERYTHING after you spend the 800 or 900 dollars on stuff the kids are just gonna break anyway. I think the next law congress should pass is "No Children under 10 inside a Walmart after 10pm".. YEP, that should work. But like is said, that's just me rambling.. JaeCorr, OUT!!

Lines...

I decided to go to the local food distribution center to pick up some stuff for a work thing. SO, Anyway, as I closed in on the check out line with all of my 2 items, I get cut off by a lady with a cart full of stuff. As I stand there behind her, I see her slightly glance at me a few times. I'm guessing she was tryng to decide whether or not to let me go ahead of her.. Didn't happen. She went ahead with her 40 items, as I stood patiently with my 2. I then heard a soft voice behind me say "I would have let you go ahead".. I turn around,  I see a lady smiling, and shaking her head at what just went down... Thank you nice lady, that just kept my faith in people from going in the toilet. It baffles me that people still haven't figured out the Check Out line rules of ettiquete. I personally ALWAYS let the person behind me go first... Oh Well....Happy Thanksgiving All.....

Parking

Hey there.. So I hope everyone is having a good day.. SO, anyway, Wifey and I went out today to 3 different places and I discovered 1 common factor at all 3 locations..PEOPLE CAN'T PARK... Seriously folks, I do not believe this is a difficult task. 1 main factor that makes this routine chore even easier is are the two lines provided. This miraculous wonder is just not found in one place. Everywhere a person needs to perform this mundane task called "parking", these 2 little white(sometimes yellow) lines are provided. For some unknown reason though, people just can't seem to place their vehicles correctly in between these equally spaced, equal length lines. Now, of course, since 1 person fails to negotiate the treacherous obstacle course, it throws off the ability of everyone else, as noted at the bank. I observerd "3" people, side by side, in each others space..Hilarious.. Now, don't get me wrong, Wifey laughs at MY "vehicular placing" ability sometimes, BUT, at least MY tires are in MY space, albeit, sometimes slightly crooked, but in place...Practice people..It's not hard...So the next time you go to the store, you'll see what I mean....JaeCorr, OUT!!!!

Here we go.........

Well, I've decided to attempt this little adventure, not really knowing where it will lead. At this time, there is not alot happening in my daily adventures through life to really delve into in depth, but we will see where this little stroll ends up....This is my first blog ever, so, like I said...Here we go..... SO, anyway, I shall be known as  JaeCorr... It is a name that I created for my self during my Evony days... Yes, I am a gamer at heart. So, anyway, I am JaeCorr... I live in Southern Cali, have been here since '99, originally for Duck Country... I pretty much grew up there... I have since traveled about a bit, going from here to there and back until I landed in my current "pond".... I am also a huge sports fan. I follow alot of different sports, teams, and players, but my main team is currently the World Series Champs... I also have many other interests, particularly movies, music, travel, and just plain goofing off. I have been told I have quite the sense of humor, which should become apparent in later ramblings. SO, anyway, until next time.....JaeCorr, OUT!!!
