Christmas...

Hi everybody. Sorry, it's been awhile, but I unfortunately have been unmotivated to to write anything.. Until now..... So, Anyway, I have been religiously watching the events of the Season for the last couple of weeks, and have been appalled at the Human Race.... Now, everyone says the Holidays are for giving, but giving someone a shove to the floor so you may be the first to get the "Hot Ticket" item of the season, is a little much... Also, pepper spraying someone for the same reason as above is flat out insane...  Now, me personally, I like nice stuff, everbody does, but you won't see me in a 300 ft. line waiting for ANYTHING!!! So, my thought is, if you are going go shopping like that, please be considerate of others. I believe in karma, and trust me, she is a bitch... Possible examples would be #1.. You get overly mean, or nasty, or do something while shopping that would constitute "Non-Holiday Spirit" like, and 4 days before Christmas you lose your job...KARMA!!!! SO, Always be nice, and remember.....You never know who that other person MAY be.... JaeCorr, OUT!!!!!

Signals...

Hi all.. Sorry it's been a few days since my last entry, but I have been blank as of late. That all ended yesterday when todays topic popped into my head. SO, Anyway, I have been driving for awhile now, and judging by the diversity of my fellow road-mates, many of them have been driving for awhile also. The question that I have is, at what point in their treks across the hardtop, did they forget that they were suppose to use their turn signal?? These people anger worse than anyone. How hard is it to reach the whole 2 inches, put just a small amount of pressure either up or down? Seriously folks, It's not hard. I hate when someone doesn't have their signal on when I am trying to turn, then I wait for them to pass me, but they make a turn... Then you have the lane-changers that cut you off, because they can't find that little switch. Next time, you are NOT getting into my lane.... JaeCorr, OUT!!!

Trust...

Welcome back. Todays episode is a segment about Trust. Trust is definitely something not given freely. Trust is something not to be taken for granted. SO, Anyway, trust is the topic of the day. Trust me...... So, as I have made my way around in my travels, I have come across individuals who fall into this category. These people throw their trust around freely, like me giving treats to my cat. The individuals I speak of are the ones who step out into a crosswalk without looking, "trusting" I won't mow them down like I mow down a bag of Dorittos. They are trusting I'm not having a bad day, and will let them live to see the rest of theirs. At the least, look at me and verify that I see them. Oh well. Secondly, the other trustworthy folks are the ones who pull out in front of you after rolling thru the stop sign at the local mall or food distribution center. Today, a man in a nice car, rolled thru a stop sign at Walmart, and turned left, right in front of me. He made no eye contact with me until I swerved toward him, just a little, and blew my horn at him. I do believe he may have wet himeself judging by how wide his eyes got.. Pay attention buddy.. I know you all have encountered these knuckleheads, and the next time you do, just rememeber me.. :) ...JaeCorr, OUT!!!

2011...

Hi everybody, Back again with more ramblings about life.. SO, Anyway, It's December, which means 2011 is almost over. I hope everyone has had a great year overall. I say "overall" because I know people have ups and downs, so hopefully you had more ups than downs... My year has been, gratefully, filled with more good than not. Wifey and I are still going strong, and we have had a beautiful year. We have been able to spend time together going to the beach, seeing movies, going to baseball games, traveling, and just basically spending time in each others company... I would also like to acknowledge all of my friends and family in this segment. I know for some this year has been tough. Some have lost jobs, change jobs, lost relationships, and more tragically, lost family members, of which I fall into this category. On the other side of this, are the happy times.. During this year alot of my friends have had alot of happy times this year.. I have great people in my life who have reached special milestones or events in their lives that they should be very proud of... I have some that continue to be clean and sober, some have had babies, a few that have found new love, and some that have found the motivation to reach weight lose goals.. My nephew passed his GED, a friend has babies that learned to "potty", and one was able to visit his parents in which he hasn't seen in over 5 years..Oh wait, that was me... :)...So, Anyway...Congrats to all.. Love you all, and I hope EVERYONE has a great 2012... JaeCorr, OUT!!!!

Loyalty....

Baseball season has been over for almost 2 months, and now things are about to get crazy... SO, Anyway, my premise for this is loyalty...I wanna know how someone can say they don't play for the money, they are there for the fans, THEN, enter into serious contract negotiations. If you are loyal to your team and fans, take what the team can offer you. Yea, you wanna win, but if you want a ridiculous payday, they aren't gonna be able to afford anyone else, unless you're the Yankees, and then you may be stuck on a crap team, like the Cubs. Come on, who really NEEDS 50 million a year??? Personally, I feel NO-ONE is worth that much... I love baseball, and I have studied alot on the history of the game, and I do believe the founders, and individuals who shaped the this game would roll over in their graves if they saw what greed has done to this beautiful sport... Cat...

Hi all, me again.. Today we shall have fun talking about my cat. Wifey says not to talk about her, but cat is fair game.. SO, Anyway, We have a cat named "Baby Girl." She is a 9 year old, feisty grey that is spoiled to the core, and she knows it... Let's start at the beginning. "Baby Girl" was adopted by us at the local shelter. She'll celebrate two years of being with us in January. She is a wonderful kitty kitty with a very "open mind" about she eats. Wifey was eating cheese and crackers one night, and "Baby Girl" came over to her and literally, started begging for some. Sitting down, looking at Wifey, then the cheese, and back to Wifey. THEN, she will reach out her paw as if to say "Can I have that".. :) She also does this to me. If I have chicken, cereal, or even ice cream, she will beg for some. She usually gets a taste, is satisfied, then goes back to her comfy-cat-bed, and goes back to sleep. Like I said, "spoiled." She is a cool cat who has definitely made our house her home, and she is more than welcome.. Remember, it is a great thing to give a pet a home...JaeCorr, OUT!!
